# Customize PDF

1. Open the form in which you want to add a customized PDF and click on the Customize PDF.&#x20;

2. Add the PDF that you want to customize you can also drag and drop the pdf after that click on continue.

3. Select the field which you want to be added from the drop-down menu and then drag the field box where you wish to place it.

4. Click on save.
