How to download signed forms

1. Open your desired form and click on the Add-ons icon.

2. Click on Signature in Google Forms by Bolo and Sign PDF docs from the pop-up list.

3. Click on Open.

4. Click on See Responses in the home tab.

5. Click on Download PDF in Dashboard in the pop-up that appears. It would open the BoloForms Signature dashboard in a new tab.

6. In the Signature dashboard, click on Download for the desired form response.
